Queens Arms, Celtic Way, Bleadon, W-S-M

Bleadon is a village and civil parish in the historic county of Somerset, England. It is about 4 miles south of Weston-Super-Mare and making it just a short five minute journey for tourists and residents of Western-super-Mare looking for a traditional pub with a great atmosphere. Burnham on sea  another popular tourist attraction is also only 10 minutes away and the pub a 5 minutes from M5. The 4A bus provides a Monday to Friday service to the village from Weston.

Private Accommodation
The accommodation comprises of a 2 bedroom flat above the pub and benefits from both a bathroom and separate shower room as well as a private Kitchen and lounge. All areas are in good condition and have been decorated in the last 12 months. The flat has a central heating system and mains gas.

Trading Potential
The Queens Arms provides a great destination food offer with five stars on Trip Advisor while still being the hub of the community. Although well supported by the local community there is potential to drive sales through targeting customers from the surrounding areas. Themed events and special occasions work well to engage the local community and drive trade further. Food sales are strong, but not at the expense of ale drinkers. Families are welcome, and there is occasional live music.

New Publican Profile
Ideally the new tenant would be an owner/operator couple with a good level of catering experience and excellent customer service skills.  A good knowledge of marketing using social media platforms to generate new business would be advantageous as well as knowledge of the local area.
