The Butcombe Loyalty Club (BLC) terms and conditions are listed below. If you have any queries, just give us a shout – we love a chat!

DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT

We would like to use the details from your membership, along with the data on how you use your card and what you buy in our pubs and inns, to help us improve our services and send you offers and promotions for things we think will interest you.

If you decide you would no longer like to receive these, you can amend your preferences by logging in to your Butcombe Loyalty Club dashboard at loyalty.butcombe.com.

THE CLUB

The BLC card is issued by and remains the property of Butcombe Brewery Ltd., which reserve the right to decline issue or withdraw the card or points at any time. Butcombe Brewery Ltd. can alter and amend the terms and conditions of operation of the BLC card or terminate the scheme at any time without notice.

All participants must be aged 18 years or over.

The BLC card and its points are non-transferable and can only be used by the person it was issued to.

Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Butcombe Brewery Ltd.

A member’s BLC card can only be used at designated Butcombe Brewery Ltd. pubs & inns and other promotional partners who, from time to time, may be part of the scheme. For a list of participating Butcombe pubs, head to butcombe.com/managed.

The BLC card cannot be used as a credit card or guarantee card at any time.

POINTS

To earn points for a transaction in our pubs & inns, the BLC card must be presented at the point of purchase.

If a member forgets their BLC card, they must present a validated receipt within a month of their visit to be able to claim their points. Please email missing receipts to members@butcombeloyaltyclub.com.

Points will be given for purchases made on food, over the bar and accommodation.

Butcombe Brewery Ltd reserve the right to exclude any products from the scheme.

Members must spend at least £1.00 in a single transaction for the transaction to qualify for points.

For every £1.00 spent on food, over the bar and accommodation, five BLC points will be awarded to the member’s BLC card.

Please allow 7 working days for points from accommodation to be uploaded to a BLC card.

These points can be altered at the discretion of Butcombe Brewery Ltd.

One BLC point is equal to one penny upon redemption. Butcombe Brewery Ltd. reserve the right to vary the rate at any time. Where points can be earned at our partner companies, other terms and conditions may apply. Please check with our partners for further details.

REDEMPTIONS

Once a BLC member has collected 500 points, it will automatically be converted to £5.00 credit on their membership account. This may be spent in whole or part against any transaction. To redeem credit, the card holder must be present.

For every 500 points collected, the member receives £5 credit until they reach £100 credit on their card. Once the member has reached £100 credit on their card, for every 5000 points collected, the member receives £50 credit.

If a member has not used their card or opened an email from us within 12 months, their BLC card, points and membership will be written off and all personal information about them removed from our systems. This is an irreversible process.

LOST CARDS

If a member is registered with us and lose their card, members must inform the BLC immediately by emailing members@butcombeloyaltyclub.com. We will then issue a new card to the address held on file and the old card will be cancelled. We are unable to re-issue unregistered cards.

Butcombe Brewery Ltd shall not be liable for points that are redeemed between the time the card is lost and receipt of a member contacting us for a replacement card.

In the event we suspect fraudulent activity on a member’s card, the card will be suspended and we will contact the member via email to investigate and resolve the issue.

STATEMENTS

Registered BLC card holders are able to find out their current points by going to loyalty.butcombe.com and logging in using their registered email address and password.

Any participating Butcombe Brewery Ltd. pub or inn can produce the balance on a BLC card via our till systems. Please ask a member of staff. (This may not be possible during busy periods.)

GENERAL

The Butcombe Loyalty Club card promoter is Butcombe Brewery Ltd., Cox’s Green, Wrington, Bristol BS40 5PA.

By joining the BLC, the member is pledging to be part of a community of like-minded, polite individuals. Any behaviour or communication deemed offensive, derogatory or abusive towards a member of the Butcombe/Liberation Group team, another member of the club, or a customer in a Butcombe pub, will result in revoking their membership and suspending their card.
