Full Time

Key Responsibilities/Main Duties:

  • Managing team of two
  • Inputting, coding and processing supplier invoices
  • Managing supplier accounts, including statement reconciliations
  • Implementing controls and KPI reporting
  • Liaising with and resolving supplier and internal stakeholder queries with regards to supplier accounts
  • Assisting in monthly reconciliation and month end close of Accounts Payable Ledger
  • Generating payments and supporting payments runs as required Ensure good customer service is delivered at all times
  • Administrations tasks as required by your manager

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Positive can do attitude towards new tasks and processes at hand
  • Previous working experience within an accounts payable team
  • Be used to dealing with large volume workloads and be able to work to deadlines
  • An ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with both team members and internal stakeholders
  • Be accurate and organised
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong IT sills to include Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is desirable but not essential
