The Malt Shovel, Cannington - Acquired by Butcombe in 2007
Located just off the main A39 Bridgwater to Minehead road in the hamlet of Bradley Green, just outside the village of Cannington, and two miles from the centre of Bridgwater. This beautiful area was extremely popular with the Renaissance poets. Wordsworth, Byron, Coleridge and Shelley all resided locally.
